Background

 
The Nine Unknown Men are a millennia-old secret society founded by the Indian Emperor Asoka c. 270 BCE. According to the legend, upon his conversion to Buddhism after a massacre during one of his wars, the Emperor founded the society of the Nine to preserve and develop knowledge that would be dangerous to humanity if it fell into the wrong hands. The Nine Unknown Men would have been entrusted as the guardians of knowledge which can be used either for good or evil. The myth of The Nine Unknown Men is believed to currently still exist. Evidence of their roles in the advancement of our world have been cited throughout history. These Nine Unknown Men are said to have tremendous powers and knowledge well beyond anything we have ever seen. They are said to be the protectors of any and all knowledge that would be harmful to mankind, and they are also said to be the source of many of mankind's advances in all aspects of life. Among conspiracy theorists the Nine Unknown is often cited as one of the oldest and most powerful secret societies in the world.
 
  The novel outline  
 

The legend continues...Tara, Akash and Zubin are the chosen ones to carry forward the secrets of the society. The power of nine has been divided amongst the three. Empowered with the knowledge, they must fight Jeremy and his alter ego - the powerful Kalingan. Lise is a Dutch woman, she carries the secret locations of the nine ancient texts from her boss, he sent it telepathically before he died. The Tara, Akash and Zubin are from different parts of the world, they meet Lise in Tibet where a monk brings them into awareness of their true purpose and guides them on how to use their superhuman abilities. They must battle the ancient evil powers and bring the nine Ashoka's texts to the hidden kingdom in Tibet.
