This is the last book in Wars of Insanity. Under Nequam's direction and his obtained knowledge from Brogan, the forces of Calaspia spearhead the attack to destroy Insanity forever. They must travel through different worlds and fight Ikuyl the Avatar, creator of Insanity.

The corrupting powers of Insanity have leaked out through other portals into virtually every universe. The source must be found and the order of things returned to their natural state by reversing the stream of Insanity.

Every universe has its own embodiment of Insanity: in Calaspia, the Pinnacle of Insanity and the Ostentum, pitted against the Plimps and the Quel, with humanity stranded in the middle, struggling to pick the right side and often changing sides.

However, Stonehenge in England in our earthly universe, is the central gate, the crossroads between all worlds, centre of the Multiverse. Through this the allied forces of those who are good can travel beyond the Spiritworld and confront Ikuyl. A skirmish results in which might and magic meet science and firepower. The other Avatars help the allies.

Bryn kills Ikuyl with Culmus, the legendary sword. They successfully defeat Insanity, freeing Calaspia and other worlds in the process. But Insanity isn't the Multiverse's only problem, as they soon find out. However, it was Calaspia's principal challenge, so here ends the saga.
